… including (and maybe especially) your cell phone!
In last week’s video, I shared some tips for time management, including how to limit the distractions caused by our cell phones. This week, I’ve decided to delve a bit deeper into this not-so-secret master of our lives.
Whether we want to admit it or not, cell phones are our masters in many ways. After all, they catch our attention and then keep it there. They mess with our heads (literally and figuratively). They drive our behavior in so many ways that we don’t even realize. I’d even go so far as to say that they’ve made the lofty goal of finding peace and happiness even loftier.
So, what do we do? How can we use this great tool as just that – a tool – without it consuming us?
In today’s blog video, I share a few tips to slowly break the spell, and I hope you’ll give them a try. In combination with the tips I suggested last week, bit by bit you may find yourself more productive, more fulfilled, and less overwhelmed by the chaos.
